The location of the hotel was perfect, being slightly away from the crowded main areas, providing a quiet and quaint atmosphere. The spacious and clean room, complete with a balcony, allowed me to relax and take in the magnificent surroundings.

The receptionist was cold and unfriendly, which put a damper on the overall experience. the uphill trek to the hotel was quite challenging, especially for those who are not young and agile.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was perfect. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a mountain cable car was beautiful. Besides, it was very close to the Grindelwald main train station, the first cliff, and public transport.
